2011 Bing & Grondahl Christmas Plate
The Christmas Plate from Bing & Grondahl is the worlds oldest. This years motif is called Home for Christmas and shows a farmer herding his sheep into the barn. This was on of the jobs to be done before the celebration of Christmas could commence. The motif, which is No. 117 in the series has been created by Danish artist Jorgen Nielson and appears on the plate, bell and drop.
