Refund Policy

You may return any product you have ordered from royalcopenhagenshop.com within 30 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise in perfect condition. Refunds will be made less a 15% restocking fee. Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

To return any item please contact us via email or telephone. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. A Return Authorization Number will be issued and is required for all return of merchandise.

All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact.

All online refunds will be completed within approximately 14 days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by Royal Copenhagen Shop.

Products returned should be accompanied by either the original or a copy of the order confirmation, the invoice or similar documentation.
