2012 Royal Copenhagen Christmas Plate

The motif on this year's Christmas plate was designed by Sven Vestergaard who found his inspiration in the view from Denmark's largest wind farm; Horns Rev out in the North Sea. This motif has been used to decorate the plate, bell, cup and drop. The charming Christmas plate figures were first produced in 2001. This year, big brother William is lighting the way with his lantern while Ida looks for Father on the deck.
